Senator Mark DeSaulnier (D-Concord) has announced that bills to increase the Attorney General's authority to fight illegal prescriptions of narcotic pain kills and to reform the OSHA Board to better protect worker health and safety have passed out of the State Senate.

The bills, SB 360 and SB 829 now head to the State Assembly for consideration.
